SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are be shipped within 1-3 working days. We will send you a tracking number via email to notify you that your items have been dispatched.

Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for UK Delivery, excluding bank holidays.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. Simply let us know you'd like to return your items within 14 days of receipt, and send them back to us within 14 days of your return being confirmed by our customer services team. You will receive your refund within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive the returned items.

You must send back your items unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Here, original packaging including any product boxes (e.g. for our 20cl and 30cl candles, our diffuser sets, etc.) but does not include the delivery box, which we appreciate your may have already recycled. If you're unsure of what packaging is required, please speak to our customer services team when you request your refund. 

 

You will receive your choice of a  full refund (less any discounts but including standard postage), a replacement, or another item of equal value. Please note, equal value means equal to the price your paid (i.e. including any discounts), excluding postage. If you opt to receive a replacement or item of equal value, standard postage will be provided for free.

 

In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged, please contact our customer service team with a photograph of the damage as soon as possible. Once the damage is confirmed, you will receive a full refund (less any discounts but including standard or express postage, whichever was purchased), or a replacement.
